Southern Breeze on Lake Norman w/Dock

We had a wonderful stay at Southern Breeze. The home was roomy, neat, clean, sweetly decorated and most of all comfortable. The well furnished covered deck even made an all-day rain comfy. The neighborhood was quiet and very relaxing. We experienced a few hiccups with non-working items, but we managed fine. I did recommend they install a safety bar inside the tub & shower areas, for guests who need a little more help staying balanced on tiled surfaces. This is a great extended family gathering place— lots to do for all ages and still very relaxing for catching up & quiet conversations.

This house is wonderful and so was Kevin, the host. He was very attentive and did his best to make my stay enjoyable. I would have given the site 5 stars except that it is not very clean. There were dead bugs, dirt, stained towels and lots of spiderwebs. I understand it is hard to keep bugs out of a lakehouse, but it was more than I expected. The place just needs a thorough cleaning and new towels to make it a 5 star experience. Aside from that, I recommend the place since the amenities are great.

We had an amazing stay at this lovely home! Location was perfect & everything was just as listed. Communication was excellent & very prompt. We will return every chance we can.
