When I built my first vacation rental property, I tried various management companies and explored many options. After working with and observing multiple property managers, I became frustrated with marketing gimmicks, deception, poor business practices, and a general lack of quality work. I needed a management company that cared about me, and my guests. I wanted to be the best in the business- nothing short of 5-STARS. Unable to find what I was looking for, I decided to self-manage my properties, which led me to discover I had the gift of hospitality. Vacay was born both out of necessity and a desire to provide a higher quality product than what was available to me. Vacay started with a single vacation rental property and has evolved into a small-but-mighty organization. In fact, Vacay is now the highest ranked property manager in North Carolina! We have a simple mission: to provide property owners and guests with a 5-STAR experience.

Vacay is a full-service property marketer and manager specializing in vacation rentals. We love hosting! Our passion and expertise in hospitality is evident in how we treat people, and we are SUPERHOSTS on Airbnb and PREMIER HOSTS on VRBO. We want each person that stays with us to feel appreciated, welcomed, and comfortable. We work side by side with our homeowners to keep their properties in great shape and help them generate substantial income in our vacation rental program.
